الشروط والأحكام
تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك منصة هوم آند مول (“المنصة”) باستخدامك المنصة كوكيل عقاري فإنك تقرّ بقبول هذه الشروط.
1. الأهلية والحساب
يجب أن تكون مخوّلاً قانوناً بعرض العقارات، وأن تحافظ على سرية بيانات الدخول. أنت مسؤول عن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك.
2. مسؤوليتك عن المحتوى
أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن دقة بيانات وحداتك وصورها وأسعارها وحالتها القانونية. يُحظر نشر بيانات كاذبة أو مضلِّلة أو محتوى ينتهك حقوق الغير أو القانون المصري. تُراجَع كل الإعلانات قبل النشر وقد تُرفض أو تُحذف وفق سياسة المحتوى.
3. الاشتراكات والأسعار والضريبة
تُتاح باقات الاشتراك بالجنيه المصري بالتزام لمدة محددة (الحد الأدنى 3 أشهر، مع توافر مدتي 6 و12 شهراً بخصم). الأسعار المعروضة شاملة لضريبة القيمة المضافة بنسبة 14% وفقاً للقانون رقم 67 لسنة 2016. يمكن لأي وكيل نشر وحدة واحدة مجاناً ضمن الباقة المجانية؛ ولنشر وحدات إضافية يلزم الاشتراك في إحدى الباقات المدفوعة. عند انتهاء اشتراك مدفوع دون تجديد يتحوّل الحساب تلقائياً إلى الباقة المجانية، وتُحفظ الإعلانات الزائدة عن حد الباقة كمسودات (لا تُحذف) وتُستعاد عند التجديد.
4. الإلغاء والاسترداد
يمكنك إيقاف التجديد التلقائي في أي وقت من لوحة التحكم، ويظل وصولك سارياً حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة. تُعالَج طلبات الاسترداد، إن وُجدت، عبر إدارة المنصة بنفس وسيلة الدفع.
5. العروض والتبادل
تتم العروض (السعر/التبادل) مباشرةً بين الوكلاء والمستخدمين. المنصة وسيط لتسهيل التواصل وليست طرفاً في أي اتفاق، ولا تضمن إتمام أي صفقة.
6. الملكية الفكرية
تظل علامات المنصة وحقوقها مملوكة لمالكها. وتمنحنا ترخيصاً غير حصري لعرض المحتوى الذي ترفعه لغرض تشغيل الخدمة.
7. حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة “كما هي”. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدام المنصة أو عن التعاملات بين المستخدمين.
8. التعليق والإنهاء
يحق للمنصة تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو القانون.
9. التعديلات
قد نُحدِّث هذه الشروط، ويُعدّ استمرار استخدامك بعد الإشعار قبولاً للتعديلات.
10. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص محاكم بأي نزاع.

Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Home & Mall platform (the “Platform”), By using the Platform as a real-estate agent you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be legally entitled to advertise the properties you list, and must keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Your responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your units, photos, prices and legal status. False, misleading or unlawful content is prohibited. All listings are reviewed before publication and may be disapproved or removed under our content policy.
3. Subscriptions, prices & VAT
Subscription plans are billed over a fixed commitment (minimum 3 months; 6- and 12-month terms are available at a discount) in Egyptian Pounds. Displayed prices are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax pursuant to Law No. 67 of 2016. Any agent may publish one unit free on the Free plan; publishing additional units requires a paid subscription. On expiry of a paid plan without renewal the account moves to the Free plan; listings above the plan limit are kept as drafts (never deleted) and restored on renewal.
4. Cancellation & refunds
You may turn off auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests, if any, are handled by the platform administration via the original payment method.
5. Offers & exchange
Price/exchange offers are made directly between agents and users. The Platform is an intermediary that facilitates contact and is not a party to, and does not guarantee, any transaction.
6. Intellectual property
The Platform’s marks and rights remain those of its owner. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display the content you upload for the purpose of operating the service.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or from dealings between users.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or the law.
9. Amendments
We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt; the courts of have jurisdiction over any dispute.
